Honestly, this is CrAp! I keep having problems with my phone so Apple keeps switching it out. Every time I do a reboot you want to charge me like $25 for me to log into my account with the loyalty points. I've been playing for like a year now! I did the transfer once already but this is F-ing STUPID and a RIP OFF! I'm not going to keep paying for the same game I bought already over and over again. It's Apple's fault but I have to keep paying! I think you guys should stop milking your already paid customers to death and allow for these screw ups!

I have talked to them before and it's all about the money. They charged me last time to do it. I had to buy loyalty points. Now they want to do it again.

Hi. I have the same problem above. This will be my first try with a transfer to a new phone. I don't know which email I registered my account to , lol, sorry. 15 yrs of computer geeking made me create so many email accounts that I can't let go of them. lol. Anyway, Please help me too. I did email you with this request prior to posting this. Thanks.
