Dying at the craps table

If you get killed while playing craps it throws you out of Las Vegas. If you try to get back to your money it says "You are already playing craps somewhere". The only way to get back to Las Vegas and your $ is to logout and log back in. Then the "You are playing craps on the strip" banner shows up and you can return to the table.

Needless to say, for some of us this is a real issue as I for instance seem to have both a gambling and a death problem.
