I am having the engineering team look into this. I have had a few emails regarding not being able to access messages. As far as viewing online is concerned, please try this and see if it fixes the problem, thank!
If you will go to Internet Options, click the Privacy tab, there you need to set the default Privacy level to Low (it will most likely be Medium when you first reach this page). This will now impact your Trusted Sites zone, meaning you will need to add our website in the Security tab. You will need to uncheck the "require server verification" checkbox that appears below the list. In the default settings for the Trusted Sites zone, you will also need to double check that the Security Level is Medium and the Privacy Level is Low. Once this is done, the messaging will work fine for Internet Explorer.
