War List Glitch?

On a side note, something needs to be done about deterring perpetual war-ers. Bounties aren't enough of a deterrent. They just allow themselves to get killed right away and immediately re-declare war. Game gets kind of lame when you have some lifeless dweeb warring you for months on end, spam attacking every 15min.

If you placed a bounty on someone from your war list and they die, they cannot restart the war for 12 hours after the bounty was placed. They can try but get a message "The Godfather wishes to keep peace between you and xxxxx"

Then it does not work. I put some one up for bounty last night. They died rather quickly and was back on my war list with 5min.

Yeah - I've got the same issue with my stalker. He gets put on the bounty list, allows himself to get killed in 5min, then re-declares war on me 2min later. I can't figure out how he can even keep finding my name to declare war.

Spam attacking is not against the rules of the game. Sure it is frustrating but this game is designed to be realistic and their is no quota on how much a real mafia family can attack another family.  Eventually the Godfather will tell him to stop bullying, but in the meantime I suggest building up your family so he has no need to attack you- or putting a contract on him.
