Transferring acct. To new iPhone

Can someone please tell me how to transferr my acct from one phone to another?
Family name is Supermom. Don't rdmdmbet friend code.

The way you transfer your account to a new device is by going to the Godfather in game and requesting a account transfer. You will need your family code and family name in order to do that. The transfer costs 15LP's but if you start a new game on your new device and complete the game tutorial you should be rewarded 15LP's right away. Use that to do the account transfer through the Godfather. The first account transfer is 15LP's, the second and third transfer will cost you more. Please remember that. Good luck!

What happens if you cannot remember your old password? I have my old family name, but I am missing my old family code and missing my old password. I didn't realize I should have written it down. Is there anything I can do?
